Terms and Conditions (Draft)

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS GIVEN BELOW:

1. There have rates for each plant, but these rates of plants can be changed on time to time. You can’t charge for it.
2. After delivery, if any plant will be damaged, we are not responsible for this. We just deliver this plant, during delivery period anything will be changed or damaged, you can’t blame us. Because after deliver plants, these are not our responsibility.
3. If any plant will not survive or matured in your weather or nature, it is not our fault; we are not responsible for this reason.
4. Order will be confirmed once the payment is successfully received.
5. Kindly pickup your order within 7 Days from Concern Nursery (Monday to Friday - 8 AM to 5 PM; Saturday & Sunday - Morning -7 AM to 10 AM Evening - 5 PM - 7PM)
6. If the order not picked up within 7 days then order will be cancelled automatically.
7. User can cancel his/her order before 7 days of order pickup.
8. There is no home delivery facility provided for plants, citizen has to pick up himself the plants ordered from concern nursery.
9. If the amount is deducted and the order is not confirmed / Receipt not generated then the refund will initiate within due course.
